In recent years, I have worked exclusively internationally, including as a diving and skiing instructor. In this way, I have constantly met people who were striving for a healthier and more conscious life. By living in India, I was able to learn a lot about meditation and have therefore given meditation courses and worked as a nutritionist and personal coach. Most recently, I worked as a personal coach in Switzerland, sometimes for very demanding clients and in luxury hotels.
