The joy of movement is my priority in all my yoga sessions! Yoga, in all its facets, has been giving me this wonderful, holistic feeling of freedom, strength and suppleness in the body and mind for over 15 years.

My regular yoga practice as a student with international yoga teachers and as a teacher for yoga enthusiasts allows me again and again to get to know myself and my environment better, to use my strength perfectly and challenge my mental strength.

The yoga mat is my place of encounter and rooting, be it as a mother of 2 children or as an athlete.
